Just called Zain to confirm what they meant by Personal Email. I was informed that Personal Emails (which will NOT work on the Lite package) include Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. If you are using your BlackBerry email ID i.e. XXX@zainkw.blackberry.com – it will work even on the Lite package.
