...

Sometimes, one just wakes up in the morning and KNOWS that today is going to be a bad day. Something like 'I sense a great disturbance in the force'

I have that feeling today. The day has just started and it's fucked up already. Guess it's the negative thinking or whatever those self-help books call it - but either ways, doesn't change the fact that it's a fucked up day.

Hey Agnel,

Well, it was a screwed up day. Like I mentioned in the post - probably the negative thinking (or whatever one calls it)made it that way, or made it worse.. but it was a pretty screwed up day.

Not like it was the first, and I am sure it won't be the last. Shit happens - move on :D

Raj,

2 weeks back, I had to wake up at 5 AM to get some water. one of my roomies who didn't sleep well that night, vented his anger on me. After cursing him inside me, I went back to sleep and got up around 8 AM frustrated. The first thing i thought was your post :)

So i told myself, that the day will be good and it depends on how i handle things. It turned out to be quite a normal day.

It's all in the mind dear pal :)

Guess it IS all in the head.. but... but.. aarrrghh.

If I could help the way I think, things would be a hell lot easier, mate.

It's not like I get to choose what I want to remember and what I want to forget.

If it were that way, I would have definitely aced every test/exam by remembering the right answers and not making them up as I write on the answer sheets.

I would definitely like to get rid of SOME of my memories. Selective amnesia. :D

My brain has a brain of it's own (if that makes sense). I have veryy limited control over what gets in. I do try my best, though. Works at times. Most of the times, I am not as good at managing it.
