Higher Taxes To Curb Binge Drinking

NEW DELHI: India will soon crack the whip on binge drinking through higher taxes and tighter marketing regulations against alcoholic products.
For the first time, delegations from all 193 member states of the World Health Organization reached consensus at the World Health Assembly on a resolution to confront the abuse of alcohol.

Sigh… khushi bardaasht nahin hoti! Is it like a collective decision was taken by the people in authority that it’s unacceptable for the common man to find any happiness in life? Not even temporary happiness?

I don’t get it. I honestly don’t. There are shit loads of problems to take care of, and here we have delegations being held for THIS!?? Without a doubt, the most jobless specimens of the human race are to be found in government bodies and such delegations.
