Find My IPhone – Works, But ..

Seemed like a really cool addition. It was confirmed that it works as well. And now, it’s confirmed that it can easily be turned off as well. Assuming the you haven’t set up a  pass-code, whoever ends up with your IPhone can simply turn off the Location Services from the General Settings. Another way is to turn off the Find My IPhone feature from the MobileMe settings.

Isn't that how it should be? Well, I'm given the option of locking it. It is just like how you lock your home, you fail you lock it, you repend :P

Yeah, that's how it should be.

I was just hoping that there would be a mandatory passcode ONLY for the Find My IPHONE setting bit and an optional one for the entire general settings menu.

That way, one would HAVE to put up for the Find My IPhone bit and not necessarily for the entire general settings (which is annoying at times, when you need to access it)
